RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Ensure the item is unworn, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.
- Fill out the return form included with your order.
- Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5-7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on corbettshoes.com.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain items, such as clearance or promotional products, are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued for the product amount only, excluding original shipping charges.
